What Mazedna is

Mazedna is Lebanon's auction house.

Not a classifieds board. Not a buy-it-now store. An auction house — the kind where a serious buyer can bid on something rare, and a serious seller can reach the audience that will pay what it's worth.

We built it because Lebanon has real collectors, real dealers, and real things worth selling — and no platform that treats them as such.

The name comes from المزادنا — a word for auction. It felt right. It still does.

What we believe

We believe that trust is the product. Escrow, verification, dispute resolution, authentic provenance — these are not features. They are the reason Mazedna exists. A marketplace without them is a notice board. We are something more careful than that.

We believe in the Lebanese market specifically. Not as a subset of a regional play, not as a proof of concept — as the thing itself. The buyers here, the sellers here, the cities here, the categories that move here. We are building for that.

We believe that design is not decoration. A marketplace that looks improvised feels improvised. A marketplace that looks composed feels trustworthy. We care about every detail because every detail communicates something to the person on the other end of the screen who is deciding whether to send their money.

The team

Mazedna is built by a small team in Beirut. We are not a large company. We are a committed one.
