When you win a sale, the buyer's payment moves into Mazedna escrow. It stays there until one of two things happens: the buyer confirms receipt, or 7 days pass from payment without a dispute being opened. At that point, escrow releases the funds into your Mazedna wallet as available balance.
From your wallet you request a withdrawal whenever you like — and you can watch the live status of every request above and on your wallet page.
Your money is never at risk of a chargeback after release. That is the point of escrow — you know when it's yours.
| Event | What happens |
|---|---|
| Buyer confirms receipt | Funds release to your wallet immediately |
| 7 days pass after payment with no dispute | Funds release to your wallet automatically |
| Dispute opened | Payout held until dispute is resolved |
Escrow releases land in your Mazedna wallet instantly. When you request a withdrawal, our team processes requests in order — typically within 24 to 48 hours.

Minimum withdrawal is $5.00, with one request in processing at a time. Requests are handled in order by our team; you can watch each request’s live status on this page and in your wallet, and cancel any unprocessed request to return the funds instantly to your available balance.
Mazedna deducts a seller commission before releasing your payout. See the Fees page for current rates. The net amount — after commission — is what you receive. You will see the breakdown in your order detail before you accept any bid.
If a buyer opens a dispute, your payout is held while we investigate. We will contact you for your account of events and any supporting documentation. Most disputes resolve within 48 hours. If the dispute resolves in your favour, payout initiates immediately. If it resolves in the buyer's favour, the held amount is returned to the buyer and the sale is voided.
We do not make these decisions casually. Both sides are heard.
Payouts from Mazedna are income. Your obligation to report and pay tax on that income is your own, under applicable Lebanese law. Mazedna does not provide tax advice. If you have questions, consult an accountant.
